Hello Everyone;

By NOC occupation list I can be considered under (1111) Accountants or (0111) Financial Managers. Can someone shed some light on the following;

1. At the age of 37 with ECA 16 years Bachelors Degree and IELTS CLB 7 or above and work experience of more than 14 years, can I still consider myself under FSWP, keeping in view no Canadian Experience Class (CEC), no Education from Canada, no relative in Canada and also no valid Job Offer?
2. If not for point 1, then what other options could be viable for me?
3. If PNP is a feasible option for me then what Provinces or Territories should I look for with respect to my occupation?
4. How many Provinces accept Expression of Interest (EOI) apart from Express Entry and how many Provinces accept EOI through Express Entry only?
5. What is expected time for PNP to materialize?

What is your eligibility score and CRS score?
1. Yes you are still under FSWP, if you are eligible with at least 67 points.
3. Depends on CRS score. Few options because you don’t have a job offer and low score.You need to research PNP programs but only eligible for Alberta and Saskatchewan. SINP score may be too low and 1111 is ineligible.
4. Research programs. Those not through EE are based on job offers.
5. Not sure what you mean.

2. It means under SINP occupation 0111 Financial Managers is still eligible.
3. What are the prospects of getting job offer as foreign skilled worker? How one can have a job offer for occupation codes 1111 and 0111 in the presence of LMIA? Can you please guide further in this regard?
4. What are the prospects of Ontario and Nova Scotia PNP, keeping in view my credentials?

You have not said whether you are even eligible with 67 points based on age, IELTS (each band), ECA and work experience? If you are eligible what is your CRS score?
1. For PNP, give it 2 years.
2. What is your SINP score and has the NOC ever been drawn and at what score? Draws are on SINP site.
3. Low. You need to find a employer who can’t hire a Canadian or PR to do the job. Look for jobs in remote or Northern communities. Assume you have CA, CGA for 1111 to get a job offer.
4. OINP - no. NS PNP- what stream as most require a job offer.

2. My SINP score is 65. Last draw closed at 68.
3. Is there any possibility exist if any consultant claims that he/she can reserve the application slot under PNP without filing EOI or filing applicant on the basis of tentative score for IELTS and ECA?
4. Is there any necessity for ECA and IELTS to be completed before filing EOI under PNP? Can EOI be filed on tentative basis?

If someone is not registered with ICCRC and claims that their attorney is ICCRC member and also provides RCIC# of the attorney, how it can authenticated that the statement made by consultant is correct and the attorney mentioned by consultant represents that consultant?
2. Is there any condition exist that for ICCRC registration the consultancy company must have physical presence in Canada or it can get registered from anywhere in the world without physical presence in Canada?
3. Further is there any condition exist regarding the number of years (experience) since establishment of consultancy firm to be eligible for getting registered with ICCRC?

1. So you need to redo IELTS to Submit an EE profile.
2. Still too low. The last draw only had a few specifiC NOCs.
0621, 6221, 2281, 2263, 0711, 2282, 6211, 0631, 3212, 2234, 3219, 3237,
0632, 8252, 6312, 3217, 3214
3. An agent can’t reserve you a spot. You need to meet requirements and be nominated.
4. What PNP? Maybe SINP.


To get a job offer the employer has to prove no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you.

I don’t know about SINP OID (check the site) but you need ECA and IELTS to submit an EE profile. No other provinces as they go through EE. You don’t have a job offer so can’t go through other PNPs directly.

can’t comment on consultants but consulants must be registered. Or you work a Canadian immigration lawyer and not an agent but it is more expensive. The moderators of the forum Cohen Immigration Law are one of the best.

Hello all,
Can anyone tell me that under PNP program after getting nomination from Saskatchewan (SINP) how much time did IRCC take to send acknowledgement number or file number if applied paper based application? I had received nomination from Saskatchewan in September 27,2021 and send complete documents on 5th Feburary, 2022. My package delivered there on Feburary 12,2022. After that I did not received any Communication from IRCC.
