It's a total scam and I've seen this exact same "offer" being posted before.
Fake Just try to get PNP, Student Visa for any small province like NS,MB,SASK,NL,MB and you will get PR in two years.

Also, no REAL EMPLOYERS hires you without an interview. If you haven't had a digital interview and if you get a job offer it's fake.
The interview/job offer in Canada is always similar to how it happens in your home country. Do you research, verify the employer's address. It's not that easy to find which one is genuine and which one is fake.

1. Why would an Engineering company hire a Store manager?
2. The address mentioned above is an apartment adress(a simple google search will provide you answers)
3. The Salary - $10000 CAD per month? Again, do the research here https://www.glassdoor.ca/Salaries/retail-store-manager-salary-SRCH_KO0,20.htm They earn about 53,000 a year(4416/month).
4. Free Medical - really? Isn't that sort of provided by the government itself?
