Identifying the right NOC for a corporate social responsibility professional

Hi everyone!
I'm trying to submit my profile for the Express Entry application but am having some difficulty identifying which NOC category is applicable to me. I hold a masters degree in the social sciences and have been working as a CSR manager in a private sector company for the last few years. I am also an independent researcher. I believe I would fall under either of the 2 categories below but am not sure.

4164	Social policy researchers, consultants and program officers

0423	Managers in social, community and correctional services

Has anyone here been in a similar situation? I would very much appreciate some help!
