Withdrawing EE profile vs Letting it expire and then redo it all

I live in Canada and my express entry profile expires August 3rd. I have a home country vacation coming up and won't be in the country when my current profile expires. Looking to see if there are issues deleting the current profile and creating a new profile before the current EE profile expires. With limited access to internet during the vacation, I want to take care of this before the vacation. Any issues withdrawing an EE before it expires and creating a new one instead ?

You can withdraw and create one any time you want (pre ITA). You will need to redo everything from scratch anyway. It doesn't remember any of your info after withdrawal.

It would be the date of new profile for tie breaking rule.
