Hello, i have a query. I was in Uk in 2009 and again at 2011 I extended by study permit. But in 2013, I cud not pay my university fee and i was withdrawn from the course and university told me that i was reported to UKBA. My visa was till 2014 november. So I stayed till then. Coz i didn’t receive any order from UKBA or may be I was unaware of it. It was only in june 2014 that i received order to leave but I left only in november. After that in 2015 i applied to canada student visa but i didn’t mention about these situations. I know I should take the responsibilty for this but it was all done by my consultancy. In the travel history he only put 2009-2011. And then My visa got rejected on the ground of study gap year and subject not matching. No any misrepresentation mentioned though I didn’t mention about UK deportation and travel history. Now I am married and have a baby. My wife wants to apply for canada pr and i will be a secondary applicant . Will it create a problem now because i didn’t mention anything before? What if I write Loe clearly?Dont we have a chance of getting pr?

Lying on visa / immigration applications is a serious thing. And you're correct only you are responsible. "My consultancy did it" is a very meek argument and would not help.

Having said that a PR application for Canada likely won't be impacted unless you were deported for criminal reasons which doesn't appear to be the case here. So be truthful in the application and just mention your previous deportation in the application. If you want you can write a LOE but do not write a 2 page essay and give whole life story how your consultancy made you do it. Keep it short.

Thank u for the reply, thats a bit relief. But if I tell the truth now during my pr application process, wont it be regarded as misrepresentation which I did before?? I wasnt ordered to leave for criminal activity. its just that i cudnt pay my university fee and they reported to the UKBA. But I came on my own after about a year.

How they treat your declaration is up to IRCC. I can't control that. I can only tell you that you have to be 100% truthful in your PR application.
