The EE application was rejected, the refund was delayed

hi all,

The EE application of my sibling was rejected. in the letter the officer mentioned that full refund will be granted. This was in May 2022, so far no refund from IRCC, 2 weeks ago I sent a refund request again but without success. What can be done in this case? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks

It can take 3-4 months for the refund to be processed.
