Coming from a developed country means that records are digitalized, which speeds up checks and communication across countries. However, the overwhelming majority of us are from developing countries so you are not at a competitive disadvantage. You will wait approximately as long as all of us.

Have you already received AIP? If this is stage 2 decision, usually a few days but can take a few weeks (very rarely).
