Can I submit multiple EOI in the same time ?

Hi there,
I have a representative and unfortunately I am not able to see what he have done truly in my EE profile. My points are currently 314 and he have told me that he applied for both PEI and Quebec for me. My questions are,

1. is it really possible to show interest in two provinces?

and I have my file number can I also apply for Sasktchwan using their EOI form myself? or I have to ask my representative to do so?

1. Yes. However Quebec has a separate immigration system not through EE so that is not possible.
2. If you can log Into your account with password then you can add Saskatchewan. A file number is not a log in or password.

What is your SINP score and NOC?
