Where are the study permit applications processed?

Does anyone have a clarity on where the Indian students' study permit applications are reviewed? Is it Delhi High commission or does it go to the IRCC in Canada?

As far as I'm concerned, online applications are usually handled by CPCs in Canada like the ones in Edmonton and Ottawa. This is because almost all of the updates in the application happens in EDT.

No, you cant trace where your application is being processed. Usually it is Local Embassy, CPC or Ottawa for family application
