I was the primary and the only applicant and have a CRS score of 428. I have been in the pool since september 2021. My NOC code id 0125. Is there any chance i will get an ITA. I am okay with any province.

Yeah thats the issue. I dont know which NOCs are picking being picked up by Alberta or saskatchewan. Will a CRS 460 have a chance? I just looked at your NOC and I don't think it's in demand for Ontario. So I don't think that province's program is an option for you.

You need to check SINP, figure out your score and find out if your NOC has ever been selected and at what score. You need to increase your score - improve English score, learn French, improve education, study in Canada (doesn't guarantee PR).So if i dont have a chance via EE/FSW and now you say even PNP?
