please regarding professional degree needed to practice in a licensed certification that is asked of in the express entry calculator, do they recognize any of the professional certifications issued by Human Resources Certification Institute?

No. Certifications are for trades so you will not get points for HR certification.

FYI, since don’t know score then it still may not be enough. Also government is changing EE program and it may move to NOC based/in demand skill draws. It hasn’t been announced but the bill is in parliament now.

Apart CIMA, ACCA and BCS which other short courses does WES evaluate which a graduate can take up so as to have two or more certificates?
