Timeline :-
PGWP issued in Jan, 2021
Applied for BC PNP in August 2021
Received Nomination in Oct 2021
Applied for PR in Oct 2021
Applied for BOWP in Oct 2021
Received refusal of BOWP in Mar 2022 with status ending in Mar 2022
Applied for restoration of work permit in Mar 2022
Current Status - Out of Status and not working
The issue is she forgot to attach the AOR and provincial nomination letter with her BOWP application when she applied for the first time in Oct 2021. And that is what the refusal letter also mentioned.
Post refusal in March 2022, she applied for restoration, clearly explaining her case and attached all the provincial documents along with AOR.
Her PR application on the other hand is progressing with medicals updated and background check currently in process.
Has anyone else gone through this same case who can probably share some insights about the case.
