Claiming bonus points for Canadian qualification. Is there any time-limit?

I did a two year long diploma in Ontario back in 2010 and my graduation year was 2012. I know that I can get extra 15 points for my Canadian qualification. Can someone tell me if there is any time limit for that? For example, does the qualification need to be completed in the last 10 years (or something similar)? Can I still claim points for my Canadian diploma awarded in 2012? Your opinions would be appreciated as it will help me calculate my CRS properly.
