Selection of relatives for EE

I am the principal applicant and my wife have real brother in canada as a PR. He is my brother in law as a relation.

Now my question is that whether I and my wife both have to select brother while creating EE profile?

He is your brother-in-law and your wife's brother as you said. It goes the same way in profile!!! It goes same everywhere!!!!

Your first line is the answer. if there is no option for brother in law why would you tick Yes?

Brother-in-law is not your sibling is not a difficult concept to grasp.
