closed work permit to permanent residency

Hi Frds,

I came to Canada on Closed work permit visa (LMIA) in 2019, I genuinely working for One IT company from 2016 till continuing in Canada but, I showed 3 years fake experience from 2013 to 2016 in LMIA work permit application 2019 as I showed to my employer when I joined. On the other hand, I did PG diploma in Europe from 2013 to 2016 which was not disclosed in my work permit application.

Now, my wife created a EE profile as I am depended applicant and we both together secured 480 points and her profile is very clean, I also mentioned genuine experience from 2016 to till now and PG diploma education which was assessed by WES in EE profile.

my questions are,
1) Does it impact my EE application since I showed some extra experience in my work permit application and now I have removed in EE profile? also I did not disclosed my PG diploma in work permit application. Now, I added PG diploma.
2)Can I explain in letter says I have removed my previous experience since it doesn't gave any extra points and I have done PG diploma by taking 1 year leave for higher education purpose in previous company?
3) Or am I thinking too much since I am showing correct information in EE profile.
4) Does dependent applications also gone through all checks include previous work permit profile info?

I would recommend you get a consultant with a good Canadian Immigration lawyer since you obtained your work permit through misrepresentation.

Yes, the dependent application goes through all checks, including previous applications / profiles.

Oh my, my!!! I agree, go for professional help. Since you had already your record with IRCC, they will definately verify it. Disclose everything to a legal help and keep things straight this time.
