IRCC Spousal Sponsorship Tracker Query

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to know what features does the IRCC endorsed Spousal Sponsorship Tracker provide for the person being sponsored. I am undertaking an In-Land sponsorship (paper based) through an immigration agent. However our application is not making progress since the past few months. We even haven't gotten an information for the OWP that we filed with the sponsorship package.

On top of that our immigration agent is not giving us access to the IRCC Sponsorship Tracker and we have become hostages to this situation. We only have access to the screenshot that he provides from the online profile portal. Is that enough or does the IRCC spousal sponsorship tracker provide more information.

I'll really appreciate if anyone could help us please

Application received (TAOR): August 20, 2021

AOR: December 29, 2021

Medical passed: December 29, 2021 (Medical was done previously)

No updates after this. No word on the OWP too

You need to talk to your representative and ask him or her for user name and password to access the tracker for the principal applicant and you can check the process daily

Thanks for the reply. So I received the credentials from my agent. All the remains is the Eligibility sections which says "Not Started". In my Application History section I see the latest entry at "We received your enquiry" which was on the 21st of June, 2022. Do you know what "We received your enquiry" means in this context?

Hi that could be a Webform submitted before by your representative or could be nothing, I won’t stress about it and won’t make any difference in your application.
