Citizenship certificate not received

I called today agent said it was posted yesterday by regular mail. Fingers and toes crossed at this point!

if they sent it yesterday. I might get it on friday as I live in Sherbrooke, QC . Where do you guys live if you don’t mind?

I tried just now but they cannot provide specific info about my file because their symstem is down so they cannot access my file.

Hey guys, I just called IRCC, and the lady agent informed me that cert was printed / mailed on July 12nd 11AM
Also she said, it seems like they cancel the first cert that was "posted" May 18 (never got any).
I told her why not adding tracking# to mails for certs, she agreed and send me form to provide feedback.

My application closed on 18th as well. Ok so posted same day ie July 12.

My daughter has her oath on July 21 , got the email today with no seat number, date on invite is 20th, online it’s 21st. Zoom link is for 21st. Montreal office.. seriously messed up office

yeah, sounds like a mess, call IRCC asap to confirm the date / time and seat #, once that is clarified, I recommend you joint her on the zoom as family, and if her agent is Adriana, ask her about your certificate, if you have not got it until then. of course after your daughter completes the verification process.

Good news. After months of exhaustion!! I got it!!! I only live 2 hrs away from Montreal but only got it after 3 days. Lol

My envelope was stamped July 13 not 12.

Ok so maybe they printed etc on 12 which is what the agent said and actually posting was 13. Thanks for letting us know.
