I completely understand. My wedding was on 23rd July. My fiancee still hasn't gotten the visa. Will probably have to move it to a later date. Or I might go back to India and get married, which considering the situation there is going to be a nightmare.
let us hope for the best

I am planning to apply for my brothers visitors visa, i am getting different opinions from everyone. Somebody says that i am a Canadian citizen and my parents already have tourist visa so it will be easier for him to get the visa. Others say that he will get refusal because of his age.
He is 29 years old, single. Can someone here provide their expert advice if going for a visitor visa is a good option or not.
thanks

If he shows his roots to his home country , then it shouldn't be a problem

Age is not a reason for refusal. He needs to show funds, travel history and ties to country.

Hello All ( For Super Visa)
My parents doesn't have property, father works in a small manufacturing unit.
So I made job letter with my father name, do you suggest me to add that. or will it cause misrepresentation as that business is not online.

Thank you for your reply, In addition to his documents I am thinking to attach my financial documents as well and an Invitation letter.

Your financials are irrelevant as you are not immediate family members nor is he dependent on you. He provides his financial statements. Yes, provide a letter.

Does he have a job? How long is the trip? How much bank balance does he have to show in the application?

Your finances will not help his application. He needs to prove he is able to meet expenses for his trip on his own and that he has a good reason to come back to his home country. A stable job is helpful in proving that. Also, if he has travel history in countries like US, UK, Aus, NZ then it will also help in approval or atleast any kind of travel history where he has come back.

Also, purpose of visit should sound genuine.
