Good day everyone.
PPR PPR from Warsaw Poland

Finally!!! I just got my PPR and I can't really express how I'm feeling right now as this 6+ years of journey is closer to the end now :'(

Here's my timeline:

VO = Warsaw Poland 3rd Application was approved by IAD
Originally 3rd application submitted -Sept 9th 2020
Denied - 13th Sept, 2021 Marriage Not Genuine.
IAD received notice of appeal- Feb 13th 2022
Appeal won same day of hearing- April 7th , 2022
VO reopened the file- May 31st, 2022
Biometrics Done - Not required as did for visitor visa in 2020.
Medical Done- 24th June, 2022 approved July 4th
Schedule A - Didn’t asked
Police Clearance - Didn’t asked already submitted
PPR- July 05, 2022
COPR will be sent after IRCC will receive passport.
Please folks don’t lose hope by the grace of Almighty y’all will get reunited with your better half asap I pray to God.

Can somebody enlighten this query of mine.
i have forwarded the passport to get it stamped through VFS
Now after I get it stamp
My brothers whom I haven’t met stay in Toronto
And my wife is in Vancouver
Can I land in Toronto first and meet my brother first will the immigration create any problem why am I not landing in Vancouver

I also received ghost updates on the June 24th, June 28th and today 4th July. Did you received any ghost update today as well?

last update for us was on July 6
but nothing new

Send passport on 8th through VFS global to New Delhi.
Local Visa office warsaw.

Eligibility not started, background check not started.

Discouraging for sure. However in GCKEY it says they are processing the eligibility, so I don't know which is actually accurate.

Hopefully it's like others here where it goes right from "Not Started" to "Completed" immediately.

in gckey ours say both bg and eligibility in progress. idk what's wrong with their systems so it shows different things...

yea it's better to just wait and wake up to COMPLETED one day ))

We applied in November 2021, and did our Medical in March 2022, so they don't expire until March 2023.

A bigger concern is the police certificate. We got it in August 2021, so I'm not sure if they will consider it valid after August 2022, which is just a few weeks away. If they ask for a new one it will be very difficult for us to get one.

Did they ever ask you for a new police certificate?

They don't ask for a new one. We got our, for example, in April 2021, they never asked for a new once since. But medicals - they will ask a little more than a month left until it expires...

Got some little info for us all. My rep told me that another client of his from Russia recently got a PR approved in Warsaw. She submitted the application online in November 2021

This is good to hear. We also submitted online ourselves in November... so hoping for good news...
