I’m working in Canadian company in Ontario from India. Will the experience count as CEC class or Foreign class. Right now all my visas Canadian visas are expired. Please advise.

If working in India, then foreign. You must be working IN Canada for CEC.

Thanks. I had 1 year work exp in Canada between Nov 2019-Nov 2020 under implied status. And then came to India in March2021 due to emergency and since continuing to work in same company. Can I apply for express entry?

If eligible, yes. Canadian experience counts within last 3 years.
