Need help filling the IMM1294E Study Visa Form

Hello everyone,

First of all, I received admission letter on 9th May and I haven't yet submitted my visa documents. On average how long does it take to process visa application? I read it takes 45 working days for study visa.

And now the question of the topic. Somebody help me fill these forms. These are the questions I'm having little trouble in:

Details of Intended Study in Canada

2) My program of study will be:
Master of Engineering,Graduate; Master's (I filled according to info given in admission letter)

4) The cost of my studies will be:

Tuition: 14,082 CAD (From Simon Fraser University Website)
Room and board: ????????????? I have no idea about it
Other: $ 629

How am I supposed to fill this information? Exact amount or estimated amount, and from which source?

1) Field and level of study:

Electronic Engineering, BE (This is what I filled)

EMPLOYMENT

What do I fill in the "TO" date of my job? I'm currently employed to date. I just entered 2013 05 in teh TO section of date

Room and board: 750*12 CAD
Other: $ 629 Usually people keep it 3000 CAD. Not a big deal really as far as I am concerned. Base it on the funds you are showing.

EDUCATION

1) Field and level of study:

Electronic Engineering, BE (This is what I filled) It's okay.

EMPLOYMENT

What do I fill in the "TO" date of my job? I'm currently employed to date. I just entered 2013 05 in teh TO section of date?
Keep it empty or write Present.

On my admission letter, its written just like that:

Program of Study: Master of Engineering, School of Engineering Science
Level of study: Graduate; Master's

Now guidelines at cic tell that in filing the question, you should mention your program of study AND the level of study. So that's why I filled it. I got no idea what else I could fill. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Master of Engineering is the level of study.
Master of Engineering, [Subject] is the complete program of study.

You are attaching your bachelor's degree transcripts, right? Write whatever the transcripts/certificate say your program is called.
