Hello, I would like to clarify the information.

On the website of Alberta AAIP it says,

• you have an active Express Entry profile in the federal Express Entry pool with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 300

and to increase the chances

• you have an Alberta job offer

does this Alberta job offer has to be LMIA? or it can be done as a valid job offer from an employer?

Can anyone with experience confirm that; if it is possible to do this program with 300 points + an Alberta job offer (NO LMIA).

You do not need a job offer to has LMIA for Alberta, it's mentioned on eligibility page https://www.alberta.ca/aaip-alberta-express-entry-stream-eligibility.aspx

Although this is different then valid job offer in EE which gives you 50 points, you have to say yes to job offer question but later say no to "do you have a positive LMIA" question.

Can we process someone with 315 points + an Employment offer (non-lmia) would they qualify?

If your employer is eligible, you meet requirements and your NOC matches then yes

Congrats on your job offer. Yes it is possible with full time, permanent job offer with a wage that exceeds or is the median.

For tech Pathway your employer needs to have particular NAICS code: https://www.alberta.ca/assets/documents/lbr-aaip-tech-pathway-naics-codes-list.pdf

Your previous experience, NOC in EE Profile and job offer should also be same NOC.

Thank you for the information. I am a candidate under general ee stream of Alberta, and I just got a job offer in Calgary. My noc is 1112. Since I'm not applying through tech Pathway, does this mean this job offer will increase my likelihood of recieving an NOI despite I don't have LMIA yet?

yes that is correct, job offer or sibling/parents living and settled in Alberta both increase like hood of receiving a NOI.

Also FYI: Alberta doesn't require LMIA, it's only to add 50 points in EE profile, if you have already 330+ or 350+ points, chances are they're sufficient to get NOI.

What will your updated CRS score be since you are bilingual? To get selected by Alberta, your NOC and score must be drawn. Alberta doesn’t post NOCs drawn. A way to increase your chances is to get a job offer.

Hello, I can have a valid offer from an Alberta small IT employer who can give offer letter in code 2174 IT Programmer. The employer is a small IT Software Consultancy and a valid XYZ Inc for the last 5-6 years in NAICS 5415. Do they have to apply/register for Alberta Tech Pathway program or need to register somewhere ?
