Very urgent plesse recived re medical for my Ex-wife

Urgent help needed
I have received Re medical for my Ex-wife

Although i have informed IRCC 5 months ago about the divorce and submitted divorce certificate for non accompanying spouse and they confirmed the document been added to my file, yet i received this request and failure to do the medical would result refusal to my application, i have lost all contact with my exwife and cannot provide medical for her

Any advice what to do ??
