It's not clear what you are asking. Are you asking how long it will take to sponsor your spouse through spousal sponsorship after you become a PR on your own? If so, plan on 12 months although it's taking longer now.

You need to stay in Canada during processing. A short visit of around 2-3 weeks is acceptable.

Does he already have an approved TRV? He can certainly apply for one and come with you if the TRV is approved.
