Hi Gurie, I am also from June 2020, my upfront medical got expired in November 2021 but there has been no updates on my case. No response of web forms submitted as well. AR June 11, 2020.

Ircc gave me 1 year extension on Medical… I hope you will get that too …

So after submitting the photo and confirming the address, I did not know there is still eCOPR before the PR card. The email confirming that the photo has been submitted has a paragraph stating

"If the information is complete, your status as a permanent resident will be confirmed and your permanent resident card will be printed and mailed to you"
