You don't qualify to apply under the Hospitality Sector Project if you are on an OWP. You must hold a closed work permit issued through an approved LMIA to qualify under this program.

See eligibility details here: https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/live-in-saskatchewan/by-immigrating/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program/browse-sinp-programs/applicants-with-saskatchewan-experience/hospitality-sector-project

To qualify, you must:
  • Have a valid work permit issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)through a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) for:
    • Food/Beverage Server (NOC 6513).
    • Food Counter Attendant/Kitchen Helper (NOC 6711).
    • Housekeeping/Cleaning Staff (NOC 6731).

Thanks for information. Is there any other sector can I apply through it for SNIP?

I don't believe there are any SNIP pathways available to you based on the information you've provided.
