when we take pictures of our passport pages to submit, can we take 2 pages in one picture? Or do we need to take 1 page per picture?

Passport pages are generally copied two pages at once, shouldn't be an issue. They just want to see all pages to verify the stamps against the travel history you provided in your application. As long as you don't miss any pages and provide translations for pages that contain non-English and non-French text you should be good.
