The application status of "prospective" means that the processing is not yet started. When it does, it changes to "In Progress".Few days back I received my gcms notes after 2.5 months after request. I wouldn’t have got that either but a couple of weeks back I had sent a request to Information Commissioner office. I think that’s how I finally got my GCMS. But hardly any details filled in it. Only talks about “prospective” file. & the agent code of person who’s doing my criminality. Few notes about MPs who reached out on my behalf & tfn, nothing more I think. I am just wondering why they haven’t issued AOR or BIL despite they initiating criminality from Feb onwards. & why they haven’t assigned an officer since Feb?
What is the 4 digits next to the "RC" in the "assigned to" column of criminality review page?
It's really weird that criminality started before completeness check. The only reason I can think about is because there is no refusal on this pathway, meaning that even if a document is missing, you will receive an ADR. In that case, it makes kind of sense that criminality can start at this stage.
