Submitted the tech form in mid April, and got the email invite to apply within one week.
One week after I submitted the Application, they sent an email to my employer to confirm my employment status.
And the very next day after my boss replied that email to confirm my employment, they approved my AAIP and issued me the nomination certificate.
In my case, the Tech Pathway is really fast, entire process only took serval weeks.

I basically had a similar experience as @olivia996. I now have accepted the nomination in my express entry profile. It's getting close to a couple of months since I have uploaded the documents for permanent residency application after receiving an invitation for express entry. Unsure as to how long it will take from then on. Any ideas?

Thanks for sharing your timeline. Basically what was the duration between when u submit your application and your employer got the email.
Also what was your NOC code, if u want to share

Hi, I received my AAIP tech PNP nomination within a day after submitting. Got an ITA in the very next draw. I submitted my EE application on June 4th and got AOR the same day. So far there is no change in the application. I'm expecting to get medical results in this month.
