Update : After a long silence since 26 Jan 2022 since the passed test. Today Old e-cas shows the decision made. The new tracker shows completed all except Citizenship ceremony --> Not started.

How many days do it take to schedule an oath ceremony?

All citizenship certificates received today AM- there ends our relationship with the IRCC organization. Blessings and prayers to those in waiting and those already Canadians !

Did you try send email to schedule oath on sooner basis ?

I feel paranoid doing that. (I probably sound crazy) but since it’s not anywhere in their official website or guidance I’m worried it might cause potential issues. (Again most people probably think I’m crazy for saying this) but I feel like if I email them someone else other than the official Incharge of my application will move it to the oath and the official in charge of my application will be like “oh wait there was still x y x pending on this file” and cause issues down the line. (I’m most likely being super paranoid here but lol

Lol...I can tell you based on my own experience & some of my friends who tried it already. It will not harm at all. They will say Yes or no. Few friends got scheduled quicker due to it.

I feel the same way. I'm being processed by Niagara Falls and considering sending them an email too but also concerned that it could cause more trouble. My tracker was last updated June 13 but the history and GCMS notes say I'm at DM since June 10.

I’m going to wait for two more weeks and then if no update I might consider writing them an email. Worst case scenario my oath is delayed a little bit more, I’ve been waiting for years and years to become Canadian, what’s a few more days/weeks here and there

Nice so in 5 days you received your citizenship certificate. Wondering when oath ceremony got changed to completed ? once the certificate is dispatched or on the day oath was completed?
