I applied for Alberta express entry and I got the PNP nomination letter on my EE profile. I am eligible for PNP and FSW.
If they sent me an invitation tomorrow for FSW should I accept or wait for the PNP draw? or it doesn't matter?

Accept it and apply it. That is the next step. You are done with Alberta PNP if issued nomination certificate.
