Hey Everyone,
I'm trying to apply for my mom's suepr visa and have few questions, was thinking you guys can help:
1- For the insurance, any broker you recommend? I did try lookup online but the ones I found seem to be fishy or suspiciously cheap. I assume we have to pay in full for one year, but what if the visa gets rejected. Will I be reimbursed?
2- Do I need to submit a payed airplane ticket or a booking is enough? My mom will be staying with me. See below the section I'm referring to:
Purpose of Travel - Other (required)
You must submit proof that you are coming to Canada for a temporary visit.
Examples of what you can provide as proof:

A scanned copy of:

  • Your flight ticket departing Canada,
  • Your travel itinerary (e.g. places you will visit or stay, such as hotel booking),
  • Proof of a medical appointment.
3- Does the invitation letter have to be notarized?

Thank you all for the help !

1. yes you should get reimbursed but always doublecheck the terms.
2. Do not book a plane ticket until you get approval. You can submit proposed itinerary from any airline or travel website.
3. No need.
