My TR to PR application. in on process, but I can’t wait already it’s too long. And now I am qualified for EE. Can I do multiple PR application?

Yes you can, whichever finalizes first gets you PR. Just be aware that your other application won’t get refunded.

I’m not familiar with TR2PR so not sure if you can use the same account. But I see no problem with creating another.

I tried to apply for EE and it always says that there is an error that says “you already have an in progress application .

all I want is to apply for EE

As per your words it means system won't allow you to make another application as the previous one is in progress.
