Want to share my timeline for Outland Spousal Application from PR Tracker:

Jun 28, 2022 - Medical exam status has been updated to Completed

Jun 22, 2022 - Invitation to pre-arrival services

Jun 22, 2022 - Background verification status has been updated to Completed

Jun 22, 2022 -Eligibility status has been updated to Completed

Jun 14, 2022 - Medical exam Requested

Jun 12, 2022 - Biometrics Requested

Mar 28, 2022 - Application received

Everything seems like completed, not sure that means application approved?

Applied March 30. Wife from United States. Applied Online Outland . Just got letter today saying

"Please note your application has been rejected for the following reason:
USE OF REPRESENTATIVE (IMM 5476)
Your application package is being returned to you because it has been identified that you may be using a representative and/or have not properly completed the required Use of Representative (IMM 5476) form."

I have copy of application that submitted and this form was fully filled out and signed. I used the latest form downloaded the day I submitted the application.

The guide even does say if your the spouse and want updates, etc. you need to fill this form out. The letter reads like a spouse can't be a representative.

I received a temporary AOR today, presumably as an answer to a webform that I had sent around June 15. Yaaaaay
Is there anyy hope to get the actual AOR any time soon, or is the temporary AOR no real indication of any processinggoing to happen soon?

I am still not able to register on PR tracker as when I try to do so I am getting to the 2nd step where I should get an email with verification code but I am not getting it and it says on the tracker that verification code sent.

PLEASE ADVISE!

I came as a Permanent Resident in 2016 and got married in 2017 and sponsored my wife in 2019. After few weeks of her PR card arrival things got worsen and now I am going through divorce process. Can PR sponsorship be cancelled as this seems to be a marriage of convinience for settlement purposes. I am still under 3 year obligation period.

I actually used my UCI to create an account and two weeks created another one for my wife using her UCI. different information are shown with different UCI.

You won't be able to create account on PR Tracker unless you have verification code, make sure you enter your email associated with your application.

No you wont be able to without the UCI# , and once your the sponsor /PA gets the AOR

I am not entering the email. The email is fetched by IRCC system from their database.

Hi everyone, I just checked the new online tracker and I got the following update under the sponsor profile

Eligibility activity status updated
New update
Eligibility


Eligibility status has been updated to In progress

Does anyone know what that means exactly?

If it’s on the sponsor tracker then it means sponsor approval

But it just states that it is in progress until now; no completed or decision made status yet
