I already had an UCI from my IEC work permit, so I used that one. the application / file number has a leading X though and the mail explicitly mentions that I cannot use the tracker with this number and this is not a confirmation that the application is complete. :(

I received a temporary AOR today, presumably as an answer to a webform that I had sent around June 15. Yaaaaay :-) Is there anyy hope to get the actual AOR any time soon, or is the temporary AOR no real indication of any processinggoing to happen soon?

Oh, are they responding email? Or do you mean webform? We are past the 3 months since yesterday. Tried calling them in the morning, but without application number (which you seem to get in AOR) it seems to be hard to get to an agent. Did you apply via the new portal too?
