Adding Spouse After AOR

Hello members,

I have decided to get married now and add my spouse to my application.


I filled another IMM 5406 (Additional Familly information) for myself and now I was told I have to fill one for her too.

Question is: Under "Applicant's name" should I write my name or hers? Under "Spouse" it's gonna be my name or hers?

Hey,

You don't fill these forms upfront unless your marriage is registered.

Answer to your question is: IMM 5406 is filled separately for both P.A. and S.A. So, technically applicant's name will be interchanged !
