Change of address wont affect your processing time,It was validated by leagal falcon because I asked this question a lot of time s in the forum(you can look at sep 2020 aor thread there he says that) ,This is what I did I left US on 22nd march reached India 23rd and submitted webform on 24th.I got RFV on April 11th and I had ADR for US PCC ,I uploaded it on march 18th and left .
They responded to my webform after I got RFV and they didnt care much.
Now If you are applying from India 99.99% unless you are PNP will go to NDVO,I am sure you dont want that,even before pandemic they were garbage.So in your case change in COR is good.
If you are in India ,You can submit application from india and if you are staying in your new address more than 6 months (which you will) after reaching there you can notify them through webform as your application will be locked in the time of AOR and noone knows what they are going to do in next 6 months.

If I am unable to submit my documents after receiving ITA due to financial issues, will there be any problems submitting later? I mean after the 60 days IRCC gives to submit documents.
I received nomination from Alberta but right now I can't afford the fee to submit pr application.
I really wish nomination could b transferred to someone else so I don't end up wasting something like this!!

Appreciate the response. Yeah, my current plan is to hold off on submitting my application until after I move (but if this pans out, I will get my ITA before I move). This would mean a delay in me sending my documents, but like you said, if it means I avoid NDVO, it would be worth it.
In your case it makes sense that change of address didn't make a difference. My concern, if you want to call it that, is having a change of address between ITA and AOR. Post-AOR change of address I am not worried about at all.
Don't you have to have proof of funds if you're applying for PNP regardless, unless you have a job offer that is. If it were me, there isn't a rock I wouldn't turn to borrow the money, provided that you are interested in Alberta, I mean Kangaroo is there why wouldn't you be? But seriously, don't let this opportunity pass, I fear you will regret it immensely down the line.
I got the nomination because of a job I was able to secure on LinkedIn.
I honestly did not know it will get to this stage.
Something happened to me that drained all my finances just recently.
And then boom!! This nomination came.
I have managed to compile docs which are also money demanding,
Now I can't seem to push any further.
Please is there Smthg I can do if I don't submit my application as per ircc?
I read somewhere debt when properly used is a great tool ,you need only 13500 cad that is not an exorbitant amount, you can get from friends. Make sure you don't get it from bank.
Why I say this like @AlmostThere2 you are missing a golden opportunity. 13.5k you can make it in 3-4 months but this opportunity, you won't get.
Now if you are from a 3rd world I wouldn't turn back.
As you have a job you are almost playing a 0 risk game ,you are not even in debts ,that money is in the bank the only thing you have to worry is you need money to cover the interest payments.
I will have money in due time,
The only thg I needed now is about 1800 cad to organise and submit my application.

The problem is the limited time to submit application!
And for proof of funds I don't need it since there is a job offer.
I am seriously in a dilemma and don't know which way forward.
I wish there was an option to transfer nomination! Am afraid not to end up wasting this opportunity that is rare to come by!
I don't know your excat situation ,but I know what I am going to do in your situation, I will be getting loans from private bankers/friends/parents may be for high interest rates (not very very high) and file the papers and when I get in alberta/when I get money , I will pay it off.You might be shy to depend on others but now you need investments to make your plans work.
I live in alberta, I can tell you it is a wonderful opportunity, Don't miss it,there are a lots and lots of people waiting just for an ita.
Money you can make it again but opportunities may not knock twice.

Ask whether you can extend thar date of submission, I am not sure about pnp.
It's really a hard situation for me,
At this point I have tried all I could.
I will resume work only next month, tried to get advance pay but no way, few friends not able to help.
My situation is honestly difficult.
Recently I had problems that drained me off financially.
I didn't expect a nomination.just a total suprise.
At 27, this is the right time for dis.
I hope they can give me more time to submit.
Hope everything works out for you, I am not sure about the deadline extension, if you can do that ,that will the best.

Hello everyone, quick question please.
I got ADR including schedule A. It says I must fill it out, print and sign with an original signature ( which I’ve done btw)
I’m about to submit all requested docs to my IRCC account but I’ve read in a few places that the form is also supposed to be ‘Validated’ before printing out and signing manually.
I’m a bit confused because after filling the form I didn’t see any validate option. I just saved and printed and signed.
Am I doing something wrong or was that the old process perhaps?
I’d appreciate any answers. Need to submit these things asap. Thanks lol
