Update: I didn’t do anything but yesterday received an email telling me to pick up all my seized documents on 8th July

From which Immigration office you got the mail??

i have submitted my refugee claim in IRCC Montreal and surrendered my passport there. i got PR through care giver program and withdrew my claim. at present i am in BC. Could anyone explain how to get my passport back? i sent a letter to montreal IRCC and IRCC vancouver but no response from anywhere. i emailed CBSA Montreal and they asked me to ask IRCC.

Hi, based on what I have heard here the best thing to do is to send a webform, they will locate your passport and guide you through it.

I sent the webform and they said they have sent it to the respective office. And now a days it takes a month for them to respond for a webform
