Clarification on Work History for which points not claimed

Hi All,

I have 7+ years of experience split as below:
Apr-15 to May-21: Company A (6 yrs)
May-21 to Dec-21: Company B (6 months)
Dec-21 to till date: Company C

I have experience letter from Company A where my roles and responsibilities, titles held, duration of working hours per week are all mentioned. For Company B, I have offer letter, pay slips and relieveing letter. In relieving letter, they have just mentioned the title held and tenure of my stay. Since I am still working in Company C, I will not be able to get experience letter. While creating Express Entry Profile

(1) Will my experience in Company A alone would be sufficient to be eligible for EE, as it is more than 3 years and within the past 10 years, and for OINP HCPS, as it is for at least one year within the past 5 years?

(2) While creating EE profile, is it better for me to mention Company A only under my work history? Or I mention all the 3 companies, and after ITA or NOI, will there be an option to specify that I am claiming points only for my Company A experience and submit experience letter and for Company B, I submit offer letter, pay slips and relieving letter and for Company C, I submit offer letter and pay slips?

Yes

Yes

Only write work experience for which you want to claim points and have required reference letter. Move everything else to personal history section. Submitting pay slips and offer letter is not sufficient and if you don't need those work experience for points it is better to move them to personal history section.
