Post PPR: VFS Consent Form

Hi,

I am residing in India.Having received my PPR a few days back , I wanted to know somethings on the next process.If anyone can kindly shed some light:

Am currently in my native , and have asked VFS to collect my passport from my native itself.
However my passport address is not the same.
Thus in the VFS Consent form and Courier forms what address do I put?
Have got some info that in Consent form you have to put passport address.
Is it correct?
Also "signed at" field in the Consent form should be of my current address , I presume?

Question for you .. if you put address which is in your passport in the courier form .. Do you think courier guy can come and pick up the passport from that address?

If you wanted to get a letter delivered to you what address do you think needs to be used?

Actually that's what I wanted to know in the first place.
Do I need to get back to my passport address for sending and receiving back the same

Hi All,

I am Jan 2020 FSW applicant. My VO is NDVO. Yesterday I received the information to submit my passport through my online account. While filling the VFS Consent form I came across this question on biometrics. I did not get any instructions to do biometrics. So, I did not do it. I wanted to know that in the VFS Consent form what should I select -
Applicants wishing to provide biometrics
OR
Applicants NOT wishing to provide biometrics

I checked with the VFS support team, they asked me to select the second option. Anyone can you please share your experience on this.
