Hello,

I read that Master's Graduate Stream does not require a job offer. I do have a Master's degree from Canadian uni received June 2021. I do not have a job offer; still applying for jobs. Am I qualified right now for any programs? like the OINP under Master's Graduate Stream? Sorry if I am asking a stupid question, did some research but a bit confused. Thank you! I appreciate any feedbacks.

I know I can get scoring points for work experience but I just wanted clarification on whether I actually am "eligible" for the Master's Graduate Stream even without a job offer? Websites say that I am eligible without even a job offer but I consulted an immigration lawyer and he said I would need a job offer...

Hi,

If you have a completed a Master's degree from an eligible Ontario University, you're eligible to apply under the Ontario Master's Graduate program. Job offer isn't mandatory for this stream. However, you can provide it as part of the funds requirement.

This isn't a job offer specific stream. Those are as Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream, International Students stream and In-Demand Skills stream. (For which the job offer is mandatory !)
