Its express entry. CEC. I wanted to do this job for pr purpose only. I hv uploaded my file but didnt receive ita yet. My lawyer said to keep job for two three months more. Is that an issue for getting pr

Yes I agree, why risk. Say for example you quit an then got ITA, and the enquiry comes what is the chance that this employer will answer.

Depends upon the officer although by rules its good but its IRCC you can never predict what's in store.
In order to be eligible for the CEC program, you need to have at least 12 months of continuous /or cumulative full-time work experience in Canada in last 3 years. You can either continue with the same employer or switch your job after 1 year, it won't affect the application.
And would there be any issue if i have experience in past but I am unemployed currently i.e at the time of receiving ITA and submission of file.
