WES now evaluates Master of Arts Degrees from India equivalent to Canadian Masters?

I just came across this article: https://wenr.wes.org/2022/05/wes-evaluation-of-select-masters-degrees-earned-in-india which states that WES now evaluates select master’s degrees awarded by accredited Indian universities as equivalent to master’s degrees conferred in the U.S. or Canada. Does this mean that Masters of Arts degrees are no longer evaluated as Bachelors or Post Graduate Diploma, but as Masters?

In case I'm mistaken, which ECA service should I opt for to get my integrated BA-MA degree evaluated as quickly as possible?

It really depends upon the balance of studies between Canada and India. If WES determines it equivalent to the standard of the same degree as Canada it will grade it equally. Try the degree tool on WES website, it will give you some idea. All the ECAs process vary, it also depends upon the time taken by your insitute to send them your certificate.
