MBA executive equivalency

Hello,
I have a 4 years bachelor's degree in management and also have done Executive MBA. I sent my MBA degree only for evaluation to WES. WES evaluated my Executive MBA as 4 year's bachelor's degree. Do I have to choose Bachelor's degree or can I choose two or more degrees or diploma? Please suggest.

If the ECA report from WES mentions the evaluation of both the educational programs altogether in the Canadian equivalency summary of the report, you are automatically eligible for "Two or more degrees/diplomas..." option.
