New born medical with out ime number

My baby was in February and we raised a webform to add baby to existing pr application we got reply to send baby medicals but when we went to medical center they were asking ime number but we did not receive ime number. My concern how to get baby medical done with out ime number ??

You can call the hospital and request for upfront medical. I am sure they will do it. And then you can raise a webform and upload the medical.
