Biometrics status is still not updated after 3 weeks

Hi

I completed the biometrics in Krakow VFS on 8th June. Now it's 29 th June (more than 3 weeks) my biometrics status is still not updated, and it said require my action to give biometrics. I wonder how long will be the time for biometrics to be updated. because VFS said they already registered my info on the website.

And on that date, they told me there is some thing not correct with my name. My name is Nguyen Thi Hoa (surname - middle name - first name), but somehow on the application, it said Thi Hoa Nguyen. So they told me to change it but it is not able to change anything now. I wonder why it shows like that and I want to connect to Ircc if that is a problem. or is anything wrong with my biometrics, but nobody picks up the phone. only people inside Canada can call them. So can you suggest a way for me to solve this situation? My semester starts in September. Now I have not prepared anything since I am afraid I don't get visa before September. Thank you!

Bio thường update tầm 2,3 ngày thôi bạn. Nếu nộp ở vietnam thì tầm 1,2 ngày. Tên Thi Hoa Nguyen là đúng theo thứ tự của bên này. Trong đó Thi Hoa (tên), Nguyen là họ. Bạn thử gửi webform xem có giúp gì dc không nhé. Hiện tại thời gian xử lý hồ sơ study permit tầm 12 tuần (sds), non sds có thể nhanh hơn do dc xử lý local.

em cảm ơn anh/chị đã rep ạ. hic em update bio lâu quá k lên nên em run lắm ạ. e phải qua ba lan lấy dấu vân tay, e học ở na uy. e nộp theo cmtc vì em ko ở VN nên k được apply sds ạ.

Hiện tại do hồ sơ backlog khá nhiều nên thời gian xử lý cũng như thời gian trả lời rất chậm. Do mai là quốc khánh nên xác định phải tới tuần sau mới được trả lời ấy. Mình nộp diện sds cuối tháng 5 cho kì học fall mà hồ sơ vẫn k nhúc nhích miếng nào. Nên giờ chỉ có thể chờ thôi. K sao đâu bạn. Cmtc bio thường update chậm lắm.

I had a similar situation as yours. When I reached my VAC, I was given an email address for a separate office for that VAC and I was told to write to them to correct my names. I did that and an hour letter I got an email requesting me to check my ircc account and I did. They sent me another biometrics letter with the correct format of my names and I booked and took my biometrics a day letter, that very day I got an email stating they had submitted my biometrics and when I checked my profile, it showed completed.

I equally raised a web form but nothing was done until I went to the visa application center. I hope you get this rectified. All the best
