Would read the policy carefully. Pre-existing conditions are often covered but on,y if there hasn’t been active treatment like for example hospitalization in the past 3 months.
Most have similar policies. Would stick with a well known Canadian insurance company. Supervisa insurance is essentially emergency medical insurance. If your mother has recently received more than longterm therapy to treat a condition in the past 3 months, themedical issue will likely not be covered if she needs further treatment in Canada. I would suggest reading through the various policies.

What is the error message? What is the size of the files? Most common error is if the file size you are trying to upload is more than 2MB which is the file size limit.
