The clinic does not provide the requisition before you get the letter from Toronto Public Health.

Did you already call Toronto Public Health?

My mom came on Super visa, and she has to do : medical surveillance for TB "S" code 2.02 but so far we walk in to 3-4 clinic to physician for x-ray requisition, and they said they can't help on this in Milton area. So anyone did this in the past and if so, which clinic we should visit in GTA ?

You have to wait for the provincial doctor to call you.

I am from Halton region and I got that call and package, now next step is to get x-ray requisition from any physician, do you know which physician or walk-in clinic can do that ? I visited 3-4 already but none of them ready to write f**king requisition, and for sure ready to pay the fee for visit, still nothing.

If you had health card from your province you can walk in any insight xray branch or likewise and let them know about your situation and I think it should be fine.

Super visa person don't get health card. Or can't apply for one.

Ok. I think if you walk in with the letter by IRCC it should be fine.
As I mentioned in my very first post please read, I already did that with 3-4 walk-in clinic. So if you know any clinic can do this, please share. Thks.

Hey, can you tell me the process of that. My dad received the letter today and he is planning to come to canada but not staying longer (approx 1 month only)

You will get the package (documents) from your local hospital once your dad land in Canada, in that they will provide you all the instructions, just follow that. I don't think you will get that package within first month after landing and I don't think you can complete all the process in one month. For that, you should contact to that person who will send you that package, once you received it.

He will be contacted by provincial doc once he is in Canada.
