PR Confirmation Portal Not Working

Same issue here. I received my login and password details on 1st Sep'2021.

Since then I have been sending them emails every few days and have also raised this issue via CIC webform 3-4 times already. No reply yet

It sucks because we've all waited for our PR for so long and now we're getting unneccessary delays on the very last step (i.e finalization of PR status). Lets hope they wake up soon.

Update: They finally sent me the new login details at the end of October. I completed the process and the PR card arrived in 2 weeks.

No, we can do nothing but complain to IRCC about that. IRCC keeps silent. Trying to reach out to them to get any reaction (web from, twitter, etc.)

Same thing, sent them report about the problem via web form yesterday, no respond yet. Will try to send technical issue report in GcKey account

Hello everyone,

I made an attempt to submit all my documents through the PR portal; however, the status of IMM5562 (travel history) is still displaying as "in progress," despite having completed all the required details. Anybody can help me regarding this ?

I don't remember I uploaded my travel history to PR Confirmation Portal. Probably it's different from the PR portal you use. PR Confirmation Portal is for ordering PR cards for inland applicants when they get their eCoPRs.
