Agree that you will likely need formal custody arrangements on record. You have a very informal verbal arrangement that seems to be only so that children can get PR land in Canada and apply for citizenship. It seems very unclear whether you will have longterm custody of the children or whether you will be resettling with your children in Canada. You already moved to Somalia with the children.

This is not a common issue. You can keep asking, probably discovering my response might be the only one, or you can search the site for more cases - there are very few.
i notarized the forms throgh a canandian public notary,

she did the notarization online with my ex-wife,

she said her office notarizes IRCC immigration documents online and there was no issues.

why would you make a lot of assumptions, and portrait others like abusing the system

so,what if i move to my home country with my kids..!!, they dont have a status in canada, their mother doesnt want them , and dont want to raise a finger to find a solution for their residence...!!, if you are here to help, u r welcome ,or else keep quite to urself and dont pass judgments on others

Hi..

I'm currently in the same situation. UAE still do not witness foreign immigration forms or any docs in a foreign language. Either it has to be bilingual with Arabic as a must. As I'm an Indian.. mu husband is planning to fly to India n get it done thru an Indian notary. Although ppl here say.. lawyers in uae can do witness signature... but no notary public stamp will be on it.
